Where does my order come from?

Benz Liquor has partnered with hundreds of retailers, wholesalers and producers of the finest whiskey. Top Brass will ship your order directly to you.

Service areas

Currently Benz Liquor services all 50 states in the USA + Washington DC, Canada and all of Europe.

We ship to all residential and business addresses except those in legislated dry areas.

Estimated shipping time

 

Shipping time can vary depending on a number of factors including: carrier, weather and your location.If you are shipping to a metropolitan area, shipping time is usually 2 – 5 business days. It is longer for rural areas depending on remoteness. We will always give you an estimated delivery date if the carrier provides it. If your shipment is delayed for any reason we will contact you.

Returns policy

 

We will provide free return shipping and a full replacement or refund (whichever you prefer) on any products that are spoiled, corked, damaged or shipped in error. You must notify us of the problem within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

To return a product it must be unopened, in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging. For our US customers unfortunately due to state law we cannot accept returns if the product is not defective or shipped in error.

We also cannot accept returns of products that have a vintage year that is more than 7 years older than the current year or have been shipped during extreme weather conditions.
